We can handle all aspects associated with finding YOU a quality renter.
We create and pay for all marketing associated with your property! Some of the things we do to generate potential QUALITY renters include online advertisment, print advertisement, corporate relo's & word of mouth. We rely on our exclusive strategic alliances with relocation departments at the area's Fortune 500 firms. This allows us to target recently relocated business professionals to YOUR property.
We mandate and conduct extensive background checks on all tenants. This includes examining criminal, financial, credit, rental and job history. We take the time to look at all criteria regarding the tenant empowering you the owner to make an informed decision. We check current job employment, to ensure that rent and utilities can be paid. We verify employment, income, and rental history through the leading background & credit check company.
We meet prospective tenants and conduct showings of your property.
We negotiate and create the lease on your behalf. Our leases are landlord friendly and thorough. We regularly review and update them by our law firm to protect your interests as a property owner.
