Management

A comprehensive plan is the cornerstone of quality management.

Before we presume to recommend a strategy, meetings will be conducted to investigate the specific needs of your property.  Once a clear understanding of your expectations is achieved a plan will be proposed based upon our experience and your objectives.

Communication, service and follow through are the definition of effective property management and will be the foundation for our relationship.

Accounting

Our accurate and timely financial information allows for well informed decisions.  Profile Properties accounting department uses industry specific software developed solely for association property management.

Accounting is provided on either a cash or accrual basis.  Our monthly reports include: balance sheet, income and expense reports, general ledger, resident listings and transaction registers.  We also allow for additional reports that may be specific to your needs.

Your financial relationship with Profile Properties begins with a one on one meeting with a Company Owner.  This financial review meeting establishes your close relationship with our accounting team and explains our financial reporting system.  This is where your financial reporting needs will be discussed and defined.

 
Maintenance

Our experienced personnel provide a variety of services at reasonable rates.  Our vast vendor network and buying power gives your association a competitive advantage unparalleled in the industry which, in turn, keeps your overall maintenance costs coordinated to your budget.

Maintenance services are provided to individual homeowners upon their request – this service is a direct cost to the homeowner and not the association.

Your maintenance relationship with Profile Properties will be discussed at the inital first meeting.  This meeting will explain the maintenance services available to the association and homeowners, if either so chooses.

At a cost of $39 per unit per month.  We are the industry standard for great management at a great PRICE.
