Profile Properties provides the following Rental Services:
- We handle all aspects of advertising at NO additional cost to you! Some of the things we do but are not limited to are, Yard signs, Print advertising, Online Advertising, & word of mouth. We have strategic alliances with the area's Fortune 500 companies, relocation departments. We target recently relocated business professionals to YOUR property through our exclusive alliances.
- Conduct extensive background checks; examining criminal, financial, credit, rental and job history. We take the time to look at all criteria regarding the tenant empowering you the owner to make an informed decision. We check current job employment, to ensure that rent and utilities can be paid. We verify employment, income, and rental history through the leading background & credit check company.
- We meet prospective tenants and conduct showings of your property.
- We negotiate and create the lease, our leases are landlord friendly and thorough. We regularly review and update the lease by our law firm to protect your interests as a property owner.
Property Managment - Fee ($99/Month)
- Manage the relationship and communication with tenant
- Collection of Rent (electronic dispersement of monthly rent available)
- During move-ins and move-outs, we inspect the property, review documentation checklists, and prepare reports of the property condition. We handle the complete turnover process in a streamlined and professional manner
- 24 hr On-Line Maintenance Requests (coordinate appropriate vendor)
- Conduct Periodic Property Inspections
- Assistance and Guidance for Evictions & Leases Enforcements
- Assist in the End of Lease Turn Over
- Provide Monthly E-Statements
- Process End of Year Completion Reports
